EBA has experience on a wide variety of environmental and geologic investigation and remediation projects. EBA has conducted environmental investigations for clientele ranging from small independent homeowners to municipalities to multinational corporations. Environmental project experience has included the performance of environmental due diligence, investigation, characterization, and remediation. In support of these environmental projects, EBA has supervised the development of Phase 1 ESA’s, bid specifications, investigative Work Plans, pilot studies, SCMs, FS/CAPs, RAPs, ICAPs, and monitoring programs. EBA has experience with the USTCF, SCAP, RUST, and CUPA State programs. EBA also can provide CEQA and NEPA support services.
