EBA Engineering was founded by Mundhir Eljumaily and Duane Bulter in 1982 as an environmental subsidiary of Mundhir Eljumaily Associates (MEA). The original name, Eljumaily-Butler Associates, was shortened to EBA in 1989.

EBA Engineering has been in Santa Rosa, CA for 45 years. The parent company Mundhir Eljumaily associates was started 58 years ago.

EBA works with a variety of clients. Including, Public Municipalities, Private Landowners, Land Developers, Private Water Companies, Contractors, Tribal Organizations, and Non-Profit organizations.

EBA has an extensive staff with the following credentials/licenses. Professional Geologist, Civil Engineer, Land Surveyor, Hydrogeologist, Certified Engineering Geologist, Registered Environmental Assessor, Stormwater Practitioner, Engineer in Training, and Geologist in Training.

EBA is located in Santa Rosa, California, USA. We mainly work in Northern California but can service projects Statewide, Nationally and Internationally.
