EBA had an extensive background in solid waste engineering and management and the various tasks required at solid waste facilities.  We offer a comprehensive range of services including facility siting, design, permitting, construction management, quality assurance (CQA) and reporting, ongoing operations/ compliance monitoring and closure.  EBA specializes in a variety of different facilities and components for landfills, landfill gas (LFG) collection systems, transfer stations, materials recovery facilities (MRFs), household hazardous waste facilities (HHWFs), composting facilities, landfill siting, hydrogeological studies, design, construction management, monitoring, and closure to meet the stringent FDEP Rule 62-701 and local regulatory code requirements.
