Celestina & Fetters Apartments – Vailetti Commercial Center

The Sonoma Springs Mixed-Use Development project consisted of the design and construction of a 60-unit affordable multifamily housing complex, a 40-unit affordable senior housing complex, and 5,000 square feet of commercial space in Agua Caliente, CA. As part of the design team of engineers and architects, EBA Engineering worked closely with Mid-Pen Housing and the Vailetti Family Trust to provide civil engineering, topographic surveying, and construction administration services from project entitlement through construction and project close-out. EBA Engineering’s services included assisting with project entitlement approvals, preparation of public and private improvements for streets and utilities, preparation of public and private access and utility easements, and providing general support for project funding.

As part of the project funding, design and permit approvals were expedited in a six-month time frame and construction and project closeout was completed during an eighteen-month period. All design and permit approvals were coordinated with Sonoma County Permit and Resource Management Department (Permit Sonoma), Sonoma Valley Sanitation District, Valley of the Moon Water District, Sonoma County Transportation and Public Works Department, Sonoma County Regional Parks Department, and Caltrans.
