South Cloverdale Water Company Public Water System
Engineering & Environmental Services
Cloverdale, CA

The South Cloverdale Water Company (SCWC) serves 90 people through 38 service connections.  The water system is under a Compliance Order issued by the State Water Resources Control Board, Division of Drinking Water, which required the SCWC to procure an alternate source of drinking water that meets current standards.  The only viable option for the SCWC to address the compliance order is to consolidate with the City of Cloverdale.

As a result, EBA provided Civil Engineering, Surveying, Environmental, and Planning services in connection with the design and development of the proposed upgraded water distribution system that conforms to City of Cloverdale standards and will be administered by the City.  The new service provides a water supply to 38 water service connections currently managed by the South Cloverdale Water Company (SCWC).

EBA tasks include engineering reports, plans and specifications, topographic and boundary surveys, existing utility identification and background research, geotechnical exploration, and a complete environmental package including CEQA and NEPA Environmental Review and Environmental Alternative Analysis.
