Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan Preparation, Monitoring, and Inspection Services
EBA Engineering prepared a construction Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) for the Neighborhood Park Project. To assure compliance with the requirements of the 2009-0009-DWQ Construction General Permit, EBA Engineering prepared the SWPPP, Notice of Intent (NOI), and performed storm water inspections, monitoring, and sampling during construction.
The SWPPP included detailed information and procedures that assured storm water quality at the construction site. Such information included project description and construction procedures, site risk assessments, guidelines for the use of Best Management Practices (BMPs), site maps showing BMPs installation and monitoring locations, as well as a Construction Site Monitoring Program (CSMP). The SWPPP was then uploaded to California State Water Resources Control Board's Storm Water Multiple Application and Report Tracking System (SMARTS) database for the preparation of the NOI.
