Phase I Environmental Site Assessment & ALTA Survey

EBA was contracted by the City of Ukiah to conduct property due diligence for purchase of a property for a new city substation.

EBA conducted a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment on the project site property.

The project site history was reviewed in addition to surrounding sites to determine if any environmental impacts existed on the site.

EBA also conducted an American Land Title Association (ALTA) Survey for nine property parcels. The ALTA survey consisted of reviewing legal property descriptions and records of survey and identifying all recorded easements, boundary dimensions, location of utilities, access ways onsite, and public right-of-ways. EBA produced an AutoCAD document of the final map.
